We bake the pumpkin for the pies, whole wheat and corn breads for the our fresh sage stuffing, and search for cranberries all over the Riviera Maya to bring you this memorable part of our Christmas history and in memory of the Virginia heritage of Chef Brenda Long Alfaro, a true southerner and Virginian.
