Dear Brenda, Jorge, and Avery ~

Your wonderful website has me really excited to come to Playa for the first time. I’m going to be taking a 3-week cooking and Spanish class at International House, but from everything I’ve read on the pages of the Ajua Maya site — I want to hang out at your place.

I happened onto your captivating photos and stories by wandering on the net looking for wi-fi locations in Playa. What a joy to find you guys! Congratulations for following your dream, sticking it out, and creating something so alive and rich! I just retired from 37 years of teaching with kids from 25 different countries at an international school in Boulder, Colorado. Now I’m taking time for myself to enjoy travel, recapture a language I fell in love with, but lost for lack of using it enough, and let the waters wash over these ancient bones.

I would like to say to you, congratulations for the excellent service, attention and cuisine that you shared with 4 of my guests (from Secrets Capri Hotel on the Riviera Maya) a few days ago in your restaurant. All of them were more than pleased with the personal attention they received and the wonderful dinner the enjoyed. The adored (Ajua Maya) and asked me to convey their congratulations to all of your staff. The left having enjoyed their dinner and with an wonderful impresion of your restaurant.

For myself, with these comments (from my guests) I can  recommend your restaurant with both eyes shut!

Todos ellos quedaron encantados con la atención recivida y el sabor de la comida, les encanto el lugar y me pediero que le haga llegar esta felicitación a todos su equipo. Se fueron con un agradable sabor de boca y con buena impresión del restaurante.

Para mi, estos comentarios son mas suficiente para recomendar con ojos cerras dos su restaurante.

including the music! The staff is very friendly. The strawberry daiquris were the best ones in Mexico. I’ve tried 4 different places…. This was the perfect ending to a great vacation. Mexico is beautiful but muy calor! Muchas Gracias.
